Distall have recognised that many of our clients may not possess the in-house experience and resources required for the installation and maintenance of Trays and Column Internals. As the leading manufacturer in our region and specialists in this field, Distall believe that that they have an obligation to make their experienced personnel and facilities available to support these clients. A range of services can be provided to bridge the gap required to ensure optimum column performance.

This service is particularly useful during fast turnaround situations where costly delays can be eliminated with expert on the spot observation, judgment and direction provided by an experienced Installation Engineer.

The nature of the Site Support provided can be structured to suit the complexity of the project, it's location and the availability of an experienced installation crew. This can vary from final inspection only to a turnkey supply and installation package.

Distall can make available a mobile "Shutdown Site Maintenance Store" which is fitted out with a wide range of commonly used Tray Hardware. The inventory would include replacement tray valves, fasteners, clamps etc. to fit trays supplied by most tray vendors.

The SSMS is normally supplied on a consignment basis and only items consumed during the shutdown are charged out at the agreed rates. In most cases a mobilisation and demobilisation charge will also apply.

Ideally this service should be employed in conjunction with a Specialist Site Supervisor. This will ensure the proper identification and installation of replacement parts. In addition to this, the Site Supervisor would be able to assist with the rapid repair or replacement of damaged tray panels.
